How it will work for you...
ITrac is a Relational Database that keeps track of all of your important case information. ITrac doesn't just store information - it puts it to use. Contact and Customer files are related to Cases. Cases are related to Billing. Video clips are related to Cases... Whether you are an individual PI, or an enterprise-sized corporation, ITrac can help make your business run BETTER! Ease of Use...
You can enter cases using the Investigation Entry Sheet, which is as simple as filling out a case form. When you are finished, you can send a confirmation to your customer and send the assignment to the investigator. You can search for information in almost any field. ITrac Search allows you to quickly search for specific text within documents that are stored within ITrac, including case reports and documents related to cases. Search for cases by Case Number, Claimant Name, Customer, and more. Contacts and Companies and contacts can also be searched by virtually any field.
Web based...
ITrac is web based, meaning that all you need is a web browser and Internet connection. It works on Windows, Mac, and Linux, allowing you to access your case information from anywhere you have an Internet connection. Case reports can be edited using ANY word processing software, including Microsoft Office and Open Office (which is free!). You will never be tied to any particular operating system or software when you use ITrac.
Your customers can enter new cases and view the status of their existing cases, view reports, case notes, watch video, even print invoices. Security options allow you to specify which screens and fields are visible and updateable by each user. Clients can be limited to viewing only cases that they have entered, limited to viewing all cases for their own company, or limited to viewing cases for people that they manage. Clients are by default restricted from seeing expense information. They can only view reports, notes and media that have been approved for client viewing.
Your investigators can upload video and audio files, upload documents, enter time and expenses, and update case status. Investigators can also be limited to viewing their own cases, and by default are unable to view client and billing information. They can only view reports, notes, and video that have been approved for Investigators to view.

Your clients can access and enter assignments on-line. Your investigators can update case details and time sheets on-line.
